Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Bare Bella Boutique! If not, you may return your merchandise within 15 days of the original purchase date for a refund or exchange under the following conditions:

  • Items returned must be unwashed, unworn, and free from any damages (makeup, smoke, etc.).
  • All accessories and jewelry are FINAL sale and are NOT eligible for returns/exchanges.
  • Items marked on SALE/CLEARANCE are FINAL sale.

Make sure to send the invoice or a copy of the invoice back with your item you are returning.

If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us at barebella@ctc.net or (704) 782-BARE immediately. Bare Bella Boutique will NOT be responsible for any shipping charges on a return package. This must be covered by the buyer and we highly suggest that you purchase a tracking code to ensure the return package makes it back to us safely!

Exchanges:

If you would like a different size or style, we suggest purchasing the items you would like and requesting a full refund for your returned merchandise. A flat rate shipping charge of $7.00 will apply to any exchanges under $100.00.

Refunds:

Once we receive and approve the return, a refund will be issued to the original payment method associated with the order. It may take up to 7 business days for the refund to show up on your bank account/credit card, once we issue you the refund. Shipping is non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund.
